Seeking Birth Story Submissions

One of my favourite parts of being a Doula is the chance to write a meaningful Birth Story for my clients.

It is no secret that I love Birth Stories, and I would love to feature yours!

I have an idea to publish your submitted birth stories on my blog every Friday and also share some highlights on Instagram. 

What to submit:

Your birth story can be written however you want. You can write it as a story, or as a letter to your child or your partner. It could be a poem. It could be point form. Whatever you would like! If there's an image you would like to attach, I'd love that too!

If you'd rather remain anonymous for whatever reason, you can submit a Birth Story to me via SuggestionOx. I have been using SuggestionOx for the last couple of years as a way for anonymous questions in a Facebook Group where I was an admin. It still is branded for the other group when you follow the link, but I will intercept anything meant for me if you write: "FOR HELEN" at the top of the submission so the admins knows its for me / for East Coast Birth.
